Premier Method is based out of Missoula, MT. with over 20 years of hockey experience. Premier Method offers one-on-one lessons, small group training, and team training opportunities to help players realize their potential.

Premier Method now has a home gym located downtown Missoula, MT. This space allows for individual strength training, group conditioning, and team workouts.

Eamon is a Montana native, and was a player for the first youth hockey league in Missoula Montana. He has over 21+ years of playing hockey, 15+ years of coaching, and serves as a member of the MAHA High Performance Board.

Eamon is driven in seeing Montana hockey grow and showcasing the talent the state has to offer.
